Crystal Cabinet Works is seeking a CNC Programmer to join our team in Princeton, MN!

Schedule and Pay:
1st Shift: Monday through Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:15 PM ; Friday OT hours if needed
Salary Grade G
Job Summary:
The CNC Programmer is responsible for processing orders, design of pieces and parts in AutoCAD as well as CNC programming.
Job Duties:
  • Receives job orders from scheduling and proofs orders to verify accuracy as well as completeness.
  • Corrects mistakes and informs configurators of corrections.
  • Creates a 2-D and 3-D AutoCAD program drawings of pieces and parts.
  • Edits the scripts form Avante as needed.
  • Enters parts into ERP system with routings, materials and instructions.
  • Develops, implements and maintains new as well as existing manufacturing specifications.
  • Participates in the development of product design and quality specifications.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of the configurator system and the utilization of the variables used with the router CIM software.
  • Communicates with the production floor and Customer Service on special issues of construction.
  • Downloads scheduled jobs into an Excel spreadsheet upon completion, proofs CSV files and separates files by material.
  • Imports and runs Router CIM process.
  • Prioritizes green slips and processes to expedite orders.
  • Maintains wood specie calculation spreadsheets adjusting prices per vendors. Updates pricing of exotic woods on the company website and ensures accuracy.
